Got the ingredients for an Altbier, a coppery German top fermenter I seem to enjoy. Hopefully this mix will turn out well. The last batch was excellent but that was a while ago- I’m hoping to just recreate that last one. This will be a bit lighter than the last one, using a different ratio of dark and light grains, but using the same hops and yeast.
