Ok, sorry for the weak pun.. brewing this weekend. An IPA custom mix.
.5 lb Crystal 60L
3.5 lb pale ale malt
.5 lb Crystal 40L
5 lb extra pale extract
Using a hop I’ve never used before.. 1 oz of Magnum for bittering. Also using 1 oz Cluster for flavor, .5 oz Nugget for aroma. Should be about a 1.056 specific gravity but I usually throw some extra sugars into it for kick.
